There once was a man with smelly feet,
And he had snails and worms to eat,
Yum Yum he ate them up,
Then he said what a lovely sup...
He sat in his chair with his feet by the fire,
with flowers beside him, a smell to admire,
He smiles as he gazed out the window he saw,
And then he sat up and ate some more...
Across the kitchen he walked on his way,
And then he thought what a lovely day,
The cat that was there smiled up at him so,
He was hyper and said Go! Go! Go!
Now that was unusal for a talking cat,
Not so silly if you were a rat,
For the rat that lived in the skirting board there,
When they saw a man they started to scare...
You never heard such a noise when the rats came out,
The made sure that you knew they were about,
From miles around people heard the scream,
Then the man woke up and realised it was a dream!
Dream he might but his feet smelt of cheese,
And then he did a great big sneeze,
And that smell it waffed up his nose so large
He felt like toast that was covered in marge...
They were crumps in bed and there were crump on the floor,
The little mice looked around the door,
Oh goody, there is some food to eat,
And then they smelt the old man's feet!
Phew! What a smell! Let's get out of here,
And the mice they ran down to the Pier,
And they hauled themselves in the ocean there,
And nothing was left, no single hair!
And that is the reason the man lives on his own,
And no wife to feed or children to own,
He just lives there with his smell feet,
Sitting there with snails and worms to eat!
